• We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery takes 8 – 14 business days.

• Shipping fees are included in pricing. 

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
• Home and Haven is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or courier issues beyond our control.
• If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

6. International Shipping

• At present, Home and Haven ships only within South Africa.
• International shipping options may be introduced in the future.

7. Packaging

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
• Fragile items are shipped with extra protective wrapping.

8. Exceptions

• Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather).
• Certain oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.
